Voice Mail Plus Offers Great New Features

Residential: $6.00/month
Business: $8.00/month

Voice Mail Plus gives you even more options to use with your voice mail including forwarding your voice mails to an email address where you can listen to your messages on your computer. These features can be controlled through a website called ManageMyPhone.com or through a separate software application called Phone Central.

Your voice mail account will automatically be set up to forward your voice mail messages to the email address you provide. You will have a permanent record of all voice mails. This feature will be very handy to many. For example, if a business has only one voice mailbox, then the person that receives the messages in their email box could then forward the voice mails to the appropriate people.

It would also be beneficial to residential customers that may need to be informed about things while they are at work or even out of town. Plus, you can arrange your settings where you and your spouse both could receive the messages at different email addresses. This way neither can be blamed for deleting a message that they never knew about. The message will remain on your voice mail at home after you listen to it if you don't take any other action, but you will be able to make the decision to delete it as well.

Another new option that is available with Voice Mail Plus is that the customer can set their voice mail to forward to another number if the caller presses the zero button on their phone. The customer could leave a message like, "I'm not at home right now, but if you would like to try me on my cellular phone please hit zero now." This feature would be great for real estate sales people, etc. However, this feature could be useful to a residential customer as well even if they may not want everyone to be able to reach them on their cell phone. They could have their settings set to utilize the Zero Plus option and just not inform the caller about it. So a couple could have it set up where if one calls home and their spouse is not there, they can try them on their cellular phone by pressing the zero button when the voice mail picks up. The customer would arrange this in their settings and know that this is an option but would not prompt any caller to press zero.

When you sign up for Voice Mail Plus and give us the email address you want your voice mails sent, you will receive an email when the feature is added telling you to download the Phone Central program on your computer. Note: We strongly encourage you to change your password immediately. You will also be able to log in from any Internet connected computer at http://www.ManageMyPhone.com and configure your settings and listen to your voice mail messages there as well.
